There are 7
Members of the board of Directors that are elected by the Shareholders.
The Board is charged with setting the
annual operating budget, and other fiscal responsibilities, as well as
deciding on issues that affect the quality of life of Birchwood residents.
The Board works closely with the Management Company, who facilitates the
directions set by the Board.
